Talk to Vault, they'd know everyone who's received inventory, that said - they seem to fly off the shelf, Wanstals, Epps, had them for a very sort time.
I was in Wanstalls yesterday picking up a XCR and they have a real nice RFB sitting there on consignment, bunch of mags with it too.
I bought my RFB off of Wanstalls, well pretty much every gun I own came from Wanstalls and there great to deal with.
