WHats a costco beef slab?

Those prefab frozen burgers from Costco, they're the only burgers my wife and daughter will eat. Makes my bear (game) meat last longer!!!

I gotta say that I am not a fan of the smell of Raw bear meat, it's the only animal that starts to get to me as I'm skinning it out. Cooking has no smell though. Just the sour/sweet smell of bear blood that makes me a little off, not enough to not shoot one though,

My spring bear is delish! Nice back woods bear and he cooks up great!
