does Midway USA ship to Canada?

i have been trying to get through to midway on thier toll free number and am always cut off

does anyone know if they ship to canada anymore? i know it's not too patriotic, but boy are thier prices reasonable! all sorts of reloading equipment for about half price of wholesale sports etc.

try Midsouth shooter supply. they got good prices and charge a 10% international fee, but its still cheaper than WSS

Midway is the ONLY of the big US online reloading retailers that won't ship to Canada. All of the below companies are still doing so, as far as I know, and offer prices pretty competitive with Midway.

Midway got hit witrh very heavy fines (hundreds of $000's) a few years ago for exporting without proper documentation. I suspect it'll be a long time before they export retail to "northern terrorists" again...

Err, there may be a misunderstanding here, as in your first post you mentioned "reloading equipment". Equipment is tools, and may be easily purchased.

None of the companies I listed will sell you ammunition components, except maybe shotshell wads. Exporting components is the sort of thing that got Midway busted in the first place.

I would contact Lee directly and see if they can put you in touch with a dealer that can help you out. Most companies that manufacture the equipment would be obligated to sell at full list retail, where their dealers can reduce that price.

I did that with RCBS, and they were very helpful.

Try Higginson's Powders (higginsonpowders.com). They are the Lee distributor for Canada. Lee will sell direct; I've bought some parts from them that I idn't think Higginson's carried. However, make sure they send via post, not UPS, or you will be clobbered by brokerage charges.

hey battlerife - no missunderstanding; i was looking for tools, not ammo components. also always looking for miscelania such as benchrests, ear/eye protection, scoperings/mounts, you know, stuff that appears to cost a lot here and less there (US)
