Does such a beast exist? (870 supermag)

I've noticed that the barrels in the 870 express magnums say "3.5 inch shells only with 3.5 inch reciever" . And you can get a 21 inch barrel with rem choke on an express magnum.

So can I get a 21 inch barrel with rem choke on a supermagnum? All the barrels I've seen on the supermagnums are 26 - 28 inches.

The beast: Rem 870 super mag, 21 inch barrel chambered for 3.5 inch shells with rem choke.

yes you can, without problem just beware of the shells you put in your 21" barrel, dont go out shooting 3.5" in a 3" barrel even if the reciver accept it.
the main diffrence between magnum and supermagnum is the extraction port that is bigger and the alluminium slide on the bolt that block the space between reciver and bolt. other than that, it's the same.

Thats the thing, the 3 inch magnum recievers have barrels that are chambered for 3.5 inch. But I can't find a 3.5 inch reciever with less than a 26 inch barrel chambered in 3.5 inch.

i don't know... buy a super mage and then have it cut and rechoked i wanna an 18 inch presonaly heck i wouldn't mind a 8.5 inch model

I believe the shorter 21" barrels came on the 3" mag in turkey models, where only the SuperMags got the 23". @" extra inches to help with total powder burn in the candlesticks.
