Does Tenda even read emails?

I contacted Tenda about a faulty product I received a little over a week ago and I haven't received a response. I sent a follow-up email just in case and still nothing. Do they even read emails?

I've had no trouble getting an email response from them over the years. But it's usually not immediate. Hopefully there isn't something weird with your email and it's getting sent to their junk box. You may try a phone call, too.

I had an issue with an order damaged in shipment and they got it fixed up. Initial response was via email.

Cant remember how fast it happened but they did make it right.

Fairly slow, but I've gotten responses, at least from the sales account.

I bought a defective firearm from GoTenda - they responded within a day and then sent me a return ticket ticket via a Purolator. I was really impressed. My money was refunded as soon as the defective firearm was received.
However, what you have to do is login to your account. They sometimes message you on your account and not directly via email
I have ordered a lot of material from them over the years and they’ve always been very good. They are definitely one of my go to dealers.

Never had trouble with them to be honest , they have always gotten back to me within 48 hours. Try calling them maybe your email slipped through
