I recently bought a Lyman 1200DPS III, I know, I know the Chargemaster is supposed to be better although Obtunded and G37 might not agree at the moment.
Anyway, while waiting for the mandatory 30 minute warm up I left my reloading room. Being the energy conscious person I am I always turn off the lights. I also close the door, don't want people looking in although there isn't much chance of that. Just habit.
Well every time I opened the door the Lyman beeped and shut off. I finally figured out opening the door is causing a breeze and overloads the unit or something and off it goes. So I left the door open however whenever I turn on the lights (flourescent) that also turns off the unit off. Frustrating as hell. Now I could leave the lights on and the door open but now have discovered that if my wife in the next room (laundry room) turns on that light- it also turns the Lyman off. Does the Chargemaster do that as well? Anyone have this happen to them with their Chargemaster?
