I cleaned it but it looks like there is corrosion for probably 3/4 of it's length.

Thx

Go ahead and shoot it. I've seen a lot worse than that and some of them still shoot very accurately. It will take a lot more than that to make that bore dangerous. Just make sure you keep it clean. Sometimes those pits will pick up lot of fouling. Likely won't hurt anything, other than accuracy.

Like BEARHUNTER, I have seen some splendid accuracy coming from barrels which are thought to be "ropey".

Your Lands are good and sharp, Grooves are flat-bottomed: very little evidence of WEAR.

Enfield rifling always prefers a FLATbase bullet. That's the bad part. GOOD part is that they are cheaper than Boat-tails!

Scrub her out one more time and head to the range.

My Mosin M38 was 3x as bad as that & after 440 rounds through it, & cleaning after every outing of course, it started to become somewhat shiny! Groups never improved, but you should be perfectly safe shooting that.

If you want it clean it some more and don't have a lot of equipment you can use one of those powdered glass paste cleaners such as "Power Paste" on a 4x2 with a brass jag. They make a good substitute for Mottie's Paste and similar cleaners. I dislike abrasive cleaners on principle, but used in moderation they do the job when other things will not. If the bore is clean except for some spots of rust scale that you're concerned might cause bulging if fired as-is, then you could plug the muzzle, stand the rifle up muzzle down and fill the bore with vinegar, leave it sit for a day then brush out with a wire bore brush and very hot water. You'd need to remove all oil from the bore first though to allow the vinegar to work.

I agree with the above comments: the bore looks VG+ from a wear perspective.
