Does this make sense to anyone els? 30 moa build in dar 22 receiver?

So much fail in this thread.... To adjust for long distance with a canted rail or receiver, the ocular lense (the end you look in) must be raised. In other words, the objective lens (the end of the scope towards the barrel) must be lowered.

I have a 20 moa rail on my DAR receiver and can shoot distances greater than 300 yards, but my scope has target turrets with a lot of adjustment.
