Hey there, I am wondering if such a rifle was ever produced for the commercial market?

- Bolt Action in common 30-06, .270, 8mm
- 24" barrel with open sights but very nice adjustable tangent rear sight.
- 5 round hinged floor plate magazine with possibly stripper clip loading
- Quality hardwood stock without Monte Carlo, actual drop for open sights.

Pretty sure a Husqvarna rifle checks most of these boxes but without the tangent rear site and stripper clip loading. Are there any sporting/hunting rifles with tangent adjustable rear sights?

The prewar Mauser Type B sporters would check all your boxes and was available in .30-06 and 8mm Mauser along with a bunch of uncommon metric calibers - although the .30-06 version usually came with leaf sights instead of a tangent. Good luck finding one though!

Zoli 1900 likely had a variety to match but im not sure they were slipper clip fed. Most would have a rear blade sight but ive seen some with adjustable rears and others with folding leaf express styles

Some of the Original Oberndorf M98's have those features.

Lots of older Zastavas around. The only problem is that the ones with a stripper clip do not usually come with a hinged floorplate, while the ones that do are built on a commercial action, which does not have provision for a stripper clip.

Walnut stock without Monte Carlo, usually the European hump-back style.

I suspect you're asking about an individual rifle chambered for each cartridge?

From his reply, I think guntech took it to mean one receiver with switch barrels?

Winchester, Remington, Savage, Mausers in M96m/M98, Husqvarna, Ruger, and the list goes on.

Almost every manufacturer on the planet has chambered those cartridges in their firearms since before WWII.

If you're looking for a switch barrel, get a barrel nut made up to match the threads in a receiver of your choice, a wrench from Amazon, and however many barrels you need prechambered for the cartridges you desire.

I am not looking for a rifle with a switchable barrel, is just pick a common caliber like 30-06 or 8mm or 6.5x55.

Yeah something like this would fit the ticket but doesn't need to have a set trigger.

Set triggers are easy to swap to none set triggers

Have seen tangent sites on Sako, CG, Husq and Zastava? on occasion, having the correct shape stock may be the kicker, but they can be 'adjusted'
Browning BAR can have a good rear sight also

No...

The vast majority of buyers have no interest in iron sights, they usually remove them...and want a detachable box magazine.

Plus expensive wood is not preferred by the majority, synthetic stocks have taken over.
He asked if they were "ever" produced, and all of the rifles I mentioned produced all of them with iron sights during the time when all rifles were sold with iron sights, and had the scope base holes come plugged.

Go enjoy going down a rabbit hole on this site sponsor’s site, Intersurplus. They import tons of cool vintage European rifles.

The Winchester 70 was offered with open sight - I owned one.
Open sights where standard on commercial and early military gun.
So Yes such guns were widely offered by many companies.
