It looks like it's built on an AR15 lower, so the answer is probably not. If the lower will not accept standard AR15 uppers, then you might have a chance.

If the lower can take AR uppers - it'd be restricted.

Even if the fire control parts are the same, but it DOESN'T fit AR uppers - it'd be non-restricted (assuming 18.5"+ barrel).
