Doh! Sent a passport-sized picture with application

Thanks MudChucker. I did receive a letter from the CFC today that indicated another deficiency in my application (I'm still waiting for the stamped test results from my CFO), but they seem to be okay with the passport photo.

You must be the only firearms instructor in the country who owns a Noam Chomsky book!
 
I went and got the proper-sized Blacks photo at great expense, and it looks like folks at the CFO threw it on a $99 scanner and resized it with MS Paint.
 
yep, all I did was have my relative take a close up pic of me with our digital camera. We then used our computer to size it max dimensions, most important was to have the entire head at least 30mm. showing the top of my shoulders. All was well, I am sure it cost under $1. Purchased some photo paper from local walmart etc...
 
lol i got my picture against a white wall with digital camera, printed it on really crapy paper that sucked the ink up dry(looked terrible). printer is a base model lexmark. the kind you get for free with a computer. and my picture passed
