Dolphin tracker vs Sinclair 3rd gen bipod for comp

I'm new to F class shooting. I have shot couple of matches with Sinclair tactical bipod but now I wanna get a good F class bipod. Based on many factors I have narrowed it down to two bipods, Sinclairs 3rd gen with fine hieght adj or Dolphin tracker 1. I know there are other great offerings but for now it's gotta be one of these two.
I need some feed back from guys who use these as to pros and cons of both. Only thing I'm concerned about in Dolphin is how it's stance/width gets narrower as height goes up. I usually use my bipods at around 7-9" hieght so Dolphin will be close to its max adjustment. With that narrow track and torque of heavier bullets do you think it will tend to hop?

What do you guys think?

I don't have a dolphin, it would be the next one I try though. I have the second gen Sinclair and really like it. It's great value for the money. I like how the stance never changes. I like how it has a sling swivel stud attachment. It's very strong. I have started switching to stocks that have an angled butt stock rather then a flat one. I find it easier and faster to slide the rifle or the sandbag forwards or backwards to change elevation rather then messing around with adjustment knobs to try and get the correct height. That being said if I was buying a new Sinclair i would get the one with elevation adjustment. You don't have to use it but if I need it then you have it.

How wide are the feet on tracker when lowest vs highest ? If somebody can do me a favour and measure that'll be great. Thanks.
 
A few local shooters use the tracker and tracker 2, both are liked and both have been on rifles that win matches.
 
You guys are much much more experienced then me but I personally would get Henery Rempel's bipod loooong before star shooter. Weight may be an issue but his bipod looks much more sturdier. But that' design is not on the list just yet, maybe next time. Thanks for the advice though.

These bipods are meant for sliding on recoil. Other companies offer bipods that are meant for shooters that lean into their bipods. So, are you a slider or a hard holder?

Too bad about Wolverine...
 
So far I have been loading the bipod but my verticle is too much at longer ranges. I know it could be lot of things but hopping bipod can't be helping either. So I wanna try a 'slider'.
 
Mine is a large Dolphin Trakker 1, they make a smaller lighter one.

5.75" to top of mounting plate at lowest useable height. 16.75" outside to outside on the feet.

9.125" to top of mounting plate at highest height. Leg stance 7.5"

8" height, leg stance 12.5"

7" height, leg stance 14.5" (I usually end up around this height shooting prone)

There should have been an attachment with all specs on it.
