Dominion Arms Grizzly 870 clone?

14's are Chinese 870 clones, along with 12.5's and 8.5's. Those are all branded as "Grizzly." The 13" and 9" are newer Turkish made guns branded as "Kodiak" that are not 870 clones.
The 12.5 where a nice gun, the 8.5, work fine, but I think too short, your hand is out the end of the barrel, and have to watch your fingers, but as a pack gun of just bad ass ,O.K.
Neat as hell at night.
Only thing I did not like with the mag models was they are harder to carry as the balance point is right at the mag housing.

12.5 I think is as short as you get while still practical after that it’s more of range toy, I agree with you the 8.5 gotta watch your hand especially with the recoil easy slip. At least my 9” kodiak came with a railed pump handle to throw on a grip cuz I’d be a little anxious since it’s short coupled with almost 2lbs lighter than a grizzly 8.5 some fierce recoil to tame with giant fireballs of fury out the end.
I have an 8.5" tube fed, it was one from the last batch Canada Ammo got in after they stopped importing them. Worked fine for the first three or four boxes. After that on my second trip out with it the shell latch that stops the second shell in the mag from coming out when you pump it (not sure on the technical term of that part) began failing under recoil. It works fine with dummy shells, but with live fire it fails 9/10 times and if there are two shells in the mag they both come flying out and cause a malfunction.
