All the Turkish mag fed guns use effectively the same feed system, whether pump or semi-auto.

That feed system is fundamentally flawed and unreliable. There are going to be a few people who jump in to claim their guns run 100%

I'll believe it when I see an un-edited video of someone running 250 rounds without a jam. That's actually a very low bar to set. A good gun should be able to run several thousand without a jam.

They're fun range toys. Don't bet your life on one.

They're definitely better than their Chinese counterparts.
Of course that's a low bar.

I don’t know, the old grizzly tube fed guns are pretty great. Once you break them in they get even smoother, I’d take a Chinese 870 clone over an unknown Turkish gun any day. At least if I need a replacement part I can swap in Rem parts.

I love my Canuck, I’ve had an 870 wing master and I appreciate the much lighter weight of the Canuck receiver. Has been just as reliable so far, put around 300 rounds so far

Agreed! This is a great summary of Turkish mag fed shotguns.

I'm curious about this. I've got a 870 police for my main everything defender. My boss buys me a guy every year and this year he ordered a couple of the mag fed shorties. I picked a 13" (threaded for chokes)and he took a 9". First mag was stiff. The last 20 have been good. Certainly fun, but I'll grab my 870 for camp...

Anyone able to remove the bolt and carrier on the Kodiak 13" models? I've removed the end cap, two retaining pins, trigger, and the tube. The carrier and bolt won't budge forward. I'm trying to change out the stock pump handle.

UPDATE
I had to remove the magwell to get the carrier and bolt to come out.
