Dominion arms mix and match question

Hey guys, I was looking at tactical shotties and have a hankering for another in the next while. I was wondering if you took an 8.5" pump and a mag fed of whatever length could you switch some of the parts around and have an 8.5" mag fed without too much trouble ?

Has anyone done this or tried it ?

you would need to shorten the mag tube and rethread. It has been done.

The tubes are brazed on.

u would end up pinching your hand between the pump and the mag unless you installed a handle, .....i thought about it for awhile,now i am thinking about it again!

Might as well this throw this question in here...you can use any remington 870 barrels on the mag fed right? Like....technically could put on a 28 inch barrel on the mag fed reciever?
