yep, happened to mine, left first then right a couple months later, I had to take it all apart {be careful of small springs and parts etc} and file what I believe are the sears, they were both machined crooked, it was a slight pain in the a$$ but not too bad, if you are mechanically inclined it wont be a big deal and you will see how it all functions when you have it apart, barring that send it back

no worries, mine worked fine for a couple months, the first time I took the left apart it seemed to have just got misaligned, I realigned it and put it all back together, within 3 shots it came apart again, that's when I ended up filing the sear straight instead of it being crooked, after doing both knock on wood hundreds of rds later it runs like a top.
just remember to take it apart in a controlled environment and not a bad idea to take a pic or 2 when its apart for reference, if you lose parts good luck finding them

Take it apart with the gun and your hands inside a clear plastic bag to capture flying parts.

Leaf bags are big enough.

So turns out to be a non issue! Canada Ammo will repair/replace the gun!!! WOOT!!!!
