and.......time for another ressurection. Mine had the exact same seem lines you were talking about. Has it caused any problems for you? I noticed the seem is in some pics of the Outlaw, and other times it's not.

I don't see that seam on mine.

Haven't shot it yet!!! By the time the snow all melted I was at work , Toronto, most of the time, I will be trying out 4 new shotguns a rifle and a handgun, next time out!! It has been a rough winter! I got the outlaw with the combo deal 250 slug/oo buck for $329. I think $200 ish is about the most I would pay for it, at that price it is a cool toy for sure, quality is as expected,, but then I cannot comment on the fun factor of shooting it for another week!!

Sorry, "seam" probably isn't the best discription because I can see that line on yours as well. Here's what I'm talking about on mine:

I guess it's pretty normal for these shotguns. Anyway, I'll put in my vote after I shoot it a few times.

Same as mine and you can faintly see it in the bore to, I am guessing these are fit together like abs pipe, male/female and welded or soldered somehow!

Right on, there it is, so completely normal! Cannot wait to shoot it and the backpacker and the two warriors and the semi auto,,,! Geeze I gotta go get more 12 ga ammo!!
Like the stock on the Beretta!

Okay, so my Outlaw came in last week, and here are some more pictures:

She was oiled up like a fat chick in a tub of KY Jelly. I hosed all the parts down with G96, wiped it all down and gave everything another light coat, greased some parts as instructed in previous posts and then snapped some photos:

I took it out to Squampton this past weekend and tested it out......well, the action wouldn’t fully close with both left and right shells chambered. I yanked them out, and it closed just fine with the right side loaded, but not the left. It took a few tries tremendous amount of force but finally I managed to get both left and right chambers loaded, the action closed and the locking mechanism firmly placed in the locked position. Safety worked just fine, and both chambers fired.

The gun is definitely rough coming out of the factory, and the action was tighter than the virgin Mary’s chocolate starfish, but really, for the $209, I’m not exactly expecting Italian craftsmanship here. Still, the finish wasn’t all that bad. There weren’t any major burrs or sharp edges waiting to cut me wide open when handling, and the wood was finished in a dark stain, very smooth and no blemishes. There weren’t any chips, dents or knots like I was expecting, so I’d say some half decent wood here.

I had some concerns over the left chamber though so I contacted Canada Ammo and Daniel was very helpful with a few suggestions. I worked the action open and close with a couple of dummy rounds and after some repetition, it became a lot smoother and required a lot less effort to work. I’m now able to load both chambers, close the action and lock it in place with relative ease.

Sounds like a lot of folks here are happy with this shotgun, even after lengthy ownership and use, so I hope to be one of them. I’ve added my vote in and my two cents for what their worth.
