Just wanted to put this out there for anyone who is unsure of buying the Dominion Arms primers. I've been using them for the last 6-8 months and don't think I'll ever buy anything else. Just wanted to spread the word.

Watched your video on primers and ended up watching 5 of your other vids + subscribing.

Nice to see some quality gun related videos coming from the Canadian side of things.

Keep it up!

Excellent video . I have been interesting in those primers but do not know anyone using them.
I hope more of these "Canadian Reports" come up.

Thanks to Seque2002 for this one ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Frank

Thanks for the video. Yesterday was the first day I reloaded those. I made 1000 rounds for my IPSC matches and practices. They fed into my Dillion 650 with no issues at all. Based on all the reviews I have read I do not expect a single failure.

Only firearm I had issues with was the K11/K31 but I have even reloaded 338 Lapua Magnum with the DA Large Rifle Primers with problem

Successful Reloads with these Primers so far used 4K primers so far

308win, 7.62x51
7.62x54r
7.92x57,8x57
30-06
338 Lapua Mag

Yep, once I burn through my little primer stash I'll be giving CanAm some more business! I don't think I've read one single bad comment about DA primers yet.

Thanks for the info on the rifle primers. I haven't heard much about them.

I would think I'm 10 000 plus (I think closer to 15000 ) primers used and no real issues with reliability .. I did have a single tray where the primers were mis shaped but other than that I've had zero issues. I've never had one not go bang which is what I look for in a primer

Does anyone know if the Dominion LP primers can be used for 44mag (with W296/H110 powder) like Winchester primers WLP or do I NEED to have LP magnum?
Thank you.

The answer would depend a lot on the specific load. That powder definitely seems to work best with mag primers overall.

I have a full set (S/L pistol, S/L rifle) I've been holding off on using as I've been a little nervous about using since I had a primer go off in my press blowing up my primer feeder. For reference the primer that went off was a CCI. Guess I have no reason to hold off. Great video BTW, loved the history lesson.
