$28/1000 if you buy in cases of 5000. Free shipping if you buy $200 worth of stuff. Even after getting screwed by Ontario HST it still works out to $28 + 13% = $31.64/1000. Even cheaper ($29.40/1000) if you live in a GST province where you only pay $5% tax.
