they are on par with winchester, cci, etc for hardness. i have used 5k in my pro1k without blowing up my house.

Ive used about 3K of them now,1K SP and 2K LP.Ive been very happy with them,no misfires at all.They chrono at exactly the same as federals in my 45.They are a bit harder to seat than other makes and seem a bit harder looking at the firing pin marks compared to federals,more like CCIs.Im not sure how they would do in striker fired pistols with lightened springs or in PPC revolvers but no problems at all in my guns.I will continue using them as they are pretty reasonably priced.I dont have any concerns using them in my Lee 1000 as I feel they are more like winchesters/CCI which Lee okays to use.
