I used the contact email on the website "info@canadaammo.com". Originally I was contacted by Chris, but because of the problems with the account it could not be done until the web admin guy was in on Monday. I ended up talking with Daniel this afternoon.
Yup, and I can understand that. That's why I called from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm Ontario times.
Now, all that being said, I was contacted today, by Daniel. I explained to him what had happened. I'm not mad, just wanted to find out what went wrong. He ended taking my order over the phone, and he said he would include my order in the sale, and talk to the ladies in the billing section. I think it was all just a big mis-communication problem. I do appreciate the length that your staff went to fix the problem that occurred, and it shows great customer service. That's one of the reasons I have orderd from you in the past, and will continue in the future.
