I'm pretty blown away that two rich city kids with no tradition of hunting (Anti father- so we are told) got into hunting, african, no less. And that they knew what to say when the haters came a hating.

If you want to hunt leopard, you'll have to pay for a 21 day hunt even if you just stay for a week. If you intend to go, I would strongly advise that you pay the little extra for the 10 days, rather than just 7, you might need those extra 3 days. My hunt was for 10 days, but there were no cats, or any of the big five other than buffalo available to me. I would have dearly loved to have hunted lion, as lion are so iconic of Africa, but it wasn't in the cards on a 10 day license. As it was I passed up more than I shot. I did get my buff though.

There's quite a few 14 day leopard hunts available. My dream hunt would be leopard with hounds and we may as well throw in a big trophy maned lion as well, but Lotto Max hasn't paid me yet.

Sorry, I should have stipulated Tanzania, which is the only African market I was familiar with, and things may have changed since my '06 hunt. Prices have increased dramatically since I was there.

We did see 3 different leopards, which I understand is unusual. This one wasn't concerned by us . . .

Maybe some of the Trump $$$$$$$$$$should be donated to pro-hunting groups or put up to combat PETA's propaganda machine...show the African villagers happy to get the safari meat to feed their families etc...........Harold
