Don't do this when reloading !! Pic's

Thank you VERY MUCH for the post.

I'm presently in the market and actively shopping for a loader. This makes you think twice about taking the time to sit down, take a deeeeep breath and pay attention.

Please tell me this is a joke...

What kind of distraction would be enough to cause one to chamber a 243 in a 25-06?!? OoOoOO! Look, a shiny bit of metal! Ooooo!

I was present for a human error explosion. A guy had some guests to the club, they were shooting 7mag and .308, both types of ammo in 1 100 round ammo box. Guest put a 308 into a Sako stainless 7 mag. Bullet must have stuck in the throat forcing the rear of the round against the bolt face. Bullet left the muzzle end of the bore .024" smaller, clip blew out the bottom took a large piece out of the shooting bench. Shooter was uninjured accept for some powder splatter on his face, and rightfully scared sh#tless. Sako took the overpressure and vented down through the mag well away from the shooter. Very Lucky man.

The way I see it, .17 is the projectile size, the letters describe the various options available. Like cars w/ SS or LT etc. BMF= Ballistic Missile Feature. You can hit Rodents in Scotland from Halifax harbor... we designed it to keep all the Easterners busy so they stay the heck home and out of our fields this summer :D
