DONT TREAD ON ME Sig 226

Never heard of this special edition... googled some pics. No offense, but I don't like sh!t written on my guns. With the SS accents and wood grips, without the writing - I would be interested in one.

I LOVE the idea and thought behind it but I find it rather ironic it's printed on a almost useless range only toy that requires significant liberty breaking paperwork to merely "own" and take out of the house to so few places in Canada. I am of the (pessimistic) firm belief that we don't own restricteds. We merely are allowed to possess them until the gov't decides to take them away. Print that same Gadsden flag on a NR that requires NO paperwork other than the license to own and take anywhere you want (almost); or on an antique that we TRULY can own and you'll get my interest.

American saying on a gun here means nothing. I don't get it... I like the wood grips and SS accents but anything extra etched in the pistol is a huge turnoff for me. Limited appeal I would think.
