That's good. A PH I worked on (snow in the muzzle) had the barrel shatter into 5 pieces, nothing left of the rifle in front of the receiver ring, metal or wood. Shooter was wearing a heavy mitt on his left hand, fortunately. Stock on the Savage disappeared, too, barrel split vertically like the one in your photo, fortunately the shooter had the rifle rested across the seat of his snowmoblile, and was not gripping the stock. On a Sako, the barrel split laterally, so the stock was OK. Saw a number of PHs with pieces of the muzzles blown off. It would be really easy to lose fingers, if they were in proximity to a failure like that.
