dont want ring marks on my higher priced scopes

Our rings will NOT leave marks when properly installed and lapping our rings will increase the dimensions of the bore enough to allow for slippage, yes they are that precisely made.

I can confirm that ATRS rings will not leave marks (have mounted and remounted several times.) I have also had the same success with NF rings but when comparing the two the ATRS rings are clearly more precisely made and would not hesitate to buy them again.

I am definitely going to try ATRS rings on my next rifle

So you guys all having scope lapping kits?
Is there a good, better and best on these?
Can you get a piece of 1" rod from a machinist and accomplish the same task?

Would depend on the type of steel the bar was made from and how tight of tolerances it was machined to.
