I've had this holster since the summer and have used it for IDPA and IPSC. I like that it's quite easy to adjust on the fly. Finger adjustable holster tension is great too. Draws are quick and smooth. I've been using it with the DAA competition double belt and DAA mag pouches. As the holster isn't lined, it has left marks on my cz shadow.
However, as CBABES referred to, the problem with this holster is that the ball mechanism for adjustability takes up a lot of room and pushes the pistol farther from your body. For IPSC, this means that there's very little adjustability, as only one position meets the rule requiring the max distance of handgun from torso of 50mm. Only position that really works is to have the butt of the pistol fully canted in towards body. This kinda defeats the purpose of the adjustability. However, if you're not shooting IPSC, then this is a non-issue.
For IDPA, just have to remove the drop/offset, and mount directly to belt. However, if you're mostly interested in IDPA, then this holster likely isn't ideal as the drop and offset, which facilitates great adjustability, goes to waste.
At the end of the day, I'll probably eventually switch back to the tried & true bladetech DOH.
