I'm pretty sure there is more than one. I know a guy who have one and also it started in Ontario.

Joseph Szecsei was certainly a very interesting fellow. Emigrated to Canada in 1952, and passed away December, 2018, age 89, Windsor, Ontario. Of particular interest, the patent filings on the rifle's design were in 2011. Not too bad to have invented/completed something like that, in his 80's!
