Double feeding problems

I've got a Hatsan optima semi auto shotgun and it is double feeding when chambering the first round. anyone know why this could be or how to fix?

General it will have something to do with the shell stops that control the shells being feed from the mag .

If it is a new gun I would suggest you return it to the retailer & get a proven semi auto.
