Yup, I have to agree with ya. Communication is fast and easy (Nick is great to deal with) and Jason is on top of shat which makes buying easy and pleasant. Damn well better be considering how much I spend with this freaking company...
 
Thumbs up from here as well. Phoned in to get my transfer approved from the CFO at noon on Tuesday. Emailed IRG my notice of transfer. Got shipping info an hour later. Was in my hand in less then 48hrs from approval.
