A passenger on a quad designed for one makes for some added difficulty for the driver. You're pushed forward further than you normally sit, it is harder to stear, in short, a bit awkward. Having said that, my wife and I have travelled many hundreds of miles doubled on the Big Bear, from the desert dry washes of Arizona to the buck brush country around Atlin, in far northern BC.
However, when a man wants to double with me, here is what I tell him. Passengers on my quad have to meet a certain criteria. And you, being of the male gender, have failed the first rule! I find that an easy way out.
