Can anybody recommend a gunsmith in Canada who can do a decent job of welding up Bubba's scope mount holes on a Lee Enfield?
Drilled and tapped receiver holes.

Rodger of DARK Int'l. can do that for you. In fact he has my open gun that I bought used from a previous owner who is a lefty, which installed a thumb pedal at the left side of the frame. He mentioned he will have the hole welded and smoothen it for me. I had the gun re-blued tho to have a new look overall.
