Drop in folding pump action forend for Remington 870.

Finally made an account just to be able to post here. One of my biggest regrets is not picking up a Remington MCS for $1200 when I had the chance about 5 years ago... With your help I plan on writing that wrong.

This is awesome. I want one for my 8.5 Grizzly as well when it's figured out. Casey at Tac Ord says the Grizzly is based on the older Wingmaster which is a bit off from the regular 870 if that helps.

He likely meant 'Norinco' 8.5". Dominion Arms = Grizzly. Ya..same sh*t, but different pile. Canada Ammo was Dominion Arms. Other distributers got them in branded {as} Norinco..some of the 8.5" had Detachable mags as well. Would love to find out, if it 'can' be worked to fit the 8.5" clones...
 
Where would I find more info on this and where would I be able to buy it even it comes it?

Been waiting a folding pump forend for a while!

These were suppose to be ready in November, but it looking more like December, we have have had some big orders for some of our standard items like magazine tubes , an there is only so much room / time on the CNC, so production and orders takes first priority over new projects.
but its looking good for December.
we are looking in the 250 to $300 range for the drop in units for standard size and MCS size.
also available with be handle gunsmith ready to weld for custom shortys.

we will update here as things start moving towards finished products.

Will it be possible to send you a 8.5" grizzly for you guys to weld the folding pump on it?
 
The difference between the Norinco and the Remington mag tube dimension is not large, depending on how thick the S&J part is, it might be possible to simply open up the internal diameter a bit more to make it work. I've never checked out a serbu style folding forend but by the looks of it the tube needs to be beefier then a typical forend tube that is enclosed by a fore stock.

I would not be surprised if removing a Norinco fore stock and welding on that folding grip might be a bit on the flimsy side of solid.

-Along these lines, can we send in full-size action bars to shorten and install the folding pump (both MCS and 8.5" Grizzly length) or would it be more cost effective to purchase drop-in units?
-Any thought on finishing the handles with knurling instead of ribbed?
