I have a RCBS 5-0-5 I accidently knocked it off my reloading table. Now I have to adjust the height thing all the way up. The tray is about 1mm above the table. Does anybody know what kind of warranty they have? I think I can put a washer on the side where the tray is to offset the height...

They have a very good warranty but they may draw the line at your dropping it. Best advice is to phone or email them. It may turn out in your favour, if not there have been some very good prices here on the site for 505 and 510 scales (no, not by me).
Phone RCBS and see what they say. I agree they should not be responsible for your accident but withe their good track record they may do something for you.

I agree I wouldn't trust it, especially without finding a working scale and checking multiple charges at least over a variety of weights. However phone RCBS, they have a great warranty and may replace it despite it being your fault, it's happened before.
Scale check weights are the best way to tell if it is working properly. RCBS makes a few sets.
If a 165 grain bullet does not weigh pretty darn close to 165 grains, I would call RCBS and ask how they can help. They are generally pretty good folks to deal with.
