Hello Friends,

I'm looking to work on my trigger control while having a long range target in my sights. This is my questions to you all.

How small does a target at say two meters have to be to replicate at ipsc target at say 900 yards. I want to get the feel of holding over at target at that distance.

If that does not make sense let me know and I will try to explain myself in greater detail. Thanks.

You will not be able to focus a high power scope down far enough at that distance. You can however, get a device called an IOTA that allows you to focus at around 11 feet to do dry fire practice.

To scale your target, figure out how many mils it is at the distance you want to simulate then look at a tape measure at 11 feet with the IOTA on the scope and you can figure out what size your dry fire target needs to be.
