Dry Fire Question

"does not recommend excessive dry firing"

"Although the design makes the firearm extremely resistant to stress on components from dry-firing (without ammunition), the manufacturer recommends dry-training using blank rounds designed for such purpose."

means it can be done but its not suggested. It's obviously not the best for the bolt, but doing it twice by accident doesnt cause damage.

No. But for the OP where he going to do trigger adjustment and will do it more than forgetting to count the rounds and or de compressing the spring. It is wise to use snap caps.

Which would be excessive.
