Does anyone use this die to take off the bulge of .40 brass shoot with non supported barrel?

Right now, I am using the G-RX base sizing die but that's an extra step... And would like to avoid it.

I have the Redding Dual ring 40 die. It works good or at least as well as my RCBS. It does not fully remove bulge or resize like the G-RX you are presently using.
You are doing it the right way and yes the extra step is a drag.

I have a gen 3 Glock .40 and have no bulge problem, I would contact Glock about a new replacement barrel or buy a replacement and not put up with the bulge.
If returned to Glock the upgraded barrel should be much less than the cost of a new barrel below.
The cost of the upgraded barrels would be between $100.00 and $144.00 for Lone Wolf or Glock barrel and you would not weaken your brass.

As you can see below the barrels were changed by Glock in 2009 with better support. (no bulge)
