if you think that the only way you would do something is if there is nobody else there to see you...............it might just be an indicator.

What I meant by when the range is empty is that there weren't others that I didn't know already there. I wouldn't want to do it in front of a dad teaching his kid how to shoot etc.

My buddies were almost peeing themselves laughing. The three of us would also shoot our rifles into things like blocks of firewood at the same time. 1500gr of bullets and 10k ft/lbs will split wood

Tried it once, every shot was "aimed" down range.... Also shot from the hip with pistols and rifles, then I noticed how dangerous it was when the bullets weren't going where I thought they would be going.... Needless to say, I don't do it anymore
