i know theres already a thread, and ive read it and tried lots of them....but...i wanna hear what you guys are doing lately with this years kills!
heres my goose stew ingredients
large onion
carrots
garlic
celery
potatoes 1 pack stew seasoning
beer
water
fry onions and celery in a bit of oil until soft
add goose and brown approx 8min
add spices and water to cover
let simmer for approx 20-30min
add the rest of veggies
simmer for 20more minutes and its done.
