Duck Hunting on the St. Lawrence River

Does any one hunt ducks on the St. Lawrence River between the Glen Walter/Summerstown area? Do guys still build traditional boat/duck blinds using cedar?

We used to, we hunted off some Islands, being stopped by COs on the average of twice per outing, kinda took the shine off it.
