Duck hunting?

hello guys,
Was wondering about hunting duck in my kayak? does anyone know if there's any laws against it ?? if so, what are they ?

Have you looked at your Provincial Hunting Regs and then the Migratory Regs as well.
There was a similar question about hunting/shooting from a canoe back in mid-August iirc.

In Ont. you can hunt migratory birds from a boat if it is used as a blind. IE the motor is not running and there is no forward motion. There is no problem hunting from a human powered boat. You can even hunt moose from a canoe as long as it is not motor powered. Migratory bird regulations should be federal and the same in PQ, however check out the hunting regulations summary as already suggested. They should be available in sporting goods stores and on-line.

Hunting from a motorized moving boat, no no, hunting from a standing still boat duck hunting, ok, hunting from a canoe that is human paddled is ok too, just looked at the hunting regs
