Duck Identification!?

My wife had a girls weekend at the cabin last weekend. While out spotting for ducks they saw this swimming across the lake one evening. I've never seen one swim before! I had her throw out some doe calls and some rabbit in distress calls. They spotted him swimming back across the following morning!

Neat! I'm going to the cabin this weekend to cut shooting lanes and install cameras. Fun!

I was out goose hunting on Friday morning. While sitting hidden in the weeds with my walker amplified ear muffs on, I heard a racket coming out of the bush behind me. Scared the crap out of me to say the least. When I got up to see what was about to charge at me, I saw two does making their way to the water. Once they spotted me standing in the middle of them and their destination, they high tailed out of Dodge. Would have been interesting to see if they were coming to drink or to swim

I had 3 bucks swim in front of my Canoe while I was doing a float shoot for Geese on the Thames river. I was almost able to touch one of them they came so close....I was getting worried that they might bump into the canoe and tip it

Ive seen it twice unprovoked (at least that im aware of) and also had bucks swim a pond to escape a deer drive.
