The oil finish on my Beretta silver pigeon is very dull looking. I'm looking for a finishing product I could apply to it to give it a bit of a sheen. Not looking to give it a all out refinish or use smithing like tru-oil that will give it a built up plastic look. Just a finishing oil that I can wipe on the will give it some shine. Anyone recommend a product?

I use polymerized Tung oil on mine from Lee Valley. I do a fair bit of wood work and it's a favorite of mine . You can adjust the sheen of it by cutting it with mineral spirits.

If it's a ' real ' oil finish,... you can wet sand 1000 grit wet/dry paper with Linseed oil.
Let dry for 7-10 days,.. repeat with 1200 grit... let dry 7-10 days.... repeat with 1500... let dry again ... if you like it a bit more sheen you can wet sand again with 2000 grit again with Linseed Oil
Let dry for 3 weeks and put on paste wax if desired
