i've had my RPAL for a couple years now & so far only own a pistol, an AR is definately my next purchase once finances allow it, (2 kids under 3 are expensive lol) i've heard the same rumours here everyone else has about AR's possibly going NR, my question is if they do am i right to assume their prices will go up?

Even if the named restricted list was eliminated it would only be AR's with 18.5+" barrels that were non-restricted. That is a pretty small proportion of the total numbers, most are 16", 14.5" or shorter.

I cannot imagine in light of what's happened this month that the AR is going NR. To be honest I don't think it was ever going to happen, but for sure it's not happening now. I'd love to hear the reasons why some people thought that it was a possibility.
