who makes the imperial defence M4's? are they an american sub contract gun?are they any good ? the pics look ok ..really sorry for the dumb question

I did a little research prior to my Bushmaster purchase but there were rumblings that these are Norinco's just somehow flushed through th UK. When I searched the web there was very little information about Imperial Defense.....

Makes you wonder doesn't it!

why do you say that, the guy is a world arms dealer, he could have sourced the parts from anywhere....

These things are machined in China and assembled in the UK.

Frankly, the Chinese part wouldn't worry me half as much as the UK part, but the UK part does explain the odd safety (the folks building them haven't used them) and the extra, extra, extra cost. (Ever shopped in London)
