Arms East has brought these (Dan Wesson 1911's) in for people in the past, and isn't on the wrong side of the continent for you. Let us know how it shoots, 10mm in a Commander is probably the nicest combination I can think of. All of the DW reviews I've read have been good, they appear to be excellent quality, and have good after sale service.
Is he the only dealer in Canada that can get these, or is there a chance someone else has one in stock or can get one?
I debated a G29 then made up my mind on the CBOB. If I can pick one up I'll be getting rid of my 1006. Every pic I see of the CBOB and the more I read about them the more I want one.

I fear that the only CBOB's available in Canada are the .45's
It appears that there won't be any 10mm CBOB's for us Canadians.
I've done some calling and such and well have to wait and see I guess, but it doesn't look very promising at all
