DYI S/S pin media Seperators - Anyone have plans/ideas

I'm going to be making my own and I have some sort of a plan in my head.

But, I was curious to what others have done/made?

.... and pictures would be cool.

Go buy a cheap kitchen collander or a salad spinner and take out the inner basket. I was just looking through the kitchen the other day and the salad spinner looks like a wicked idea. Tons of holes for the pins to go through

X2. I am useing hanfull of small ss nails worth $2 or so and any pasta separator will do the job....
There is no need to spend pail of money on hype.
