dying to get the M37... ETA?

I am having a bit of trouble getting my deposit back from another retailer as well. I have been told I will have to pay a penalty for cancelling, or else I can only get store credit. Still waiting for the manager to call me, otherwise my next step is to Mastercard for a chargeback.

I would much rather be paying the balance and receiving my M2HB. If North Silva could give any hint of a game plan and timeline, it would be appreciated by both the customers and the retailers.

hey north sylva any updates?

Honestly you shouldn't expect any updates for quite some time. We all know that they were a no go and deemed converted auto prohibited and need new receivers made. North Sylva stated that lawyers are involved to figure out who's on the hook for making the new receivers. That process will take some time to figure out. Obviously they are trying to nail TNW for it.

Anyone notice that TNW, pulled the " Canadian Legal " statement for there MG42 posted on there web page? Everyone seems to unfortunately be learning a real hard lesson from these and nobody is gonna win or be happy in the end.

Now its hurry up and wait. Realistically I can see it taking quite some time before the legal side is settled, new receiver manufactured and a sample sent in to the firearms lab for classification.

Unfortunately North Sylva, its retailer customers and the consumer are again victims of our ridiculous firearms laws.

Try your local better business bureau possibly? Can't take non refundable deposit on something that isn't even available for sale in Canada.

P&D won't issue a refund or store credit unless North Sylva confirms that they are no longer available.

We will (and have) in fact issued refunds if requested. Please contact us directly by email or phone. Our order with North Sylva stands unless they (North Sylva) advise the guns are not available and at the present we are still expecting delivery. Phil.

I was told differently, but email sent. Thx Phil.

Easy young fellers. I believe it's an internet photo and someone is trying to sell their presale. Someone contact him and see what it's all about. They can't sell a TNW M37 if North Sylva can't. It's the same firearm and under the same classification.

The properties of the photo show it as being from USP45auto's photobucket, who was banned from here some time ago. Something isn't right.

Edited to add: all the photos from the seller of the M37s on various ads relate back to USP45auto. He may want to open a new photobucket account if he means to re-enter gunnutz undercover.

Agree: without seeing the right side, it would be hard to externally differentiate the TNW M37 from a M1919

no it wouldnt. the left side plates are 1919's because they have the side mount for optics and the charging handle on a m37 sticks out behind the pistol grip. unless the charging handles are not on it at all.

I think it's best for everyone to quit speculating. Contact the seller and see what the deal is. Chances are his add is because he can't get his presale deposit back.

Good on P&D for offering refunds by the way.
