Oh come now. It's all simple mathematics. If it is $14/500 I can shoot almost twice as much as if it was "$25/500". Sure, I would still shoot it but I love just dumping a mag on rapid fire and it doesn't hurt as much if it is cheap! :D

Where do you guys find your best deals on 22LR ammo? Canadian Tire, Walmart, or the small gun stores? Biggest box at Canadian Tire is only 500 or 525 rounds.

Was in a Canadian tire today and the Fed 525 pack that sold for $16.99 is up to $19.99, and I hear that all Win ammo is going up another 15-20 percent soon. FS

Materials don't add up to anything especially when it comes to .22s. The rise in the Canadian dollar should more than make up for any increase in material costs.

nope, i went down to get some chichen wings and stoped in to show my wife an ameracan gun store. the only problem was no atm within 3 blocks.
nice people, did you know that in new york state they cant have high cap mags for the 1022.
 
Sweet, our dollar goes up and so does the price of everything else? Cause that makes sense. Well at least .22 is still the cheapest. I can't really complain about an extra Twoonie, although I can't help but feel violated by companies who scoff at our higher dollar and still have no legitimate reason why we are paying an arm and a leg more than our American counterparts for anything.

I saw that too! Picked up 8 boxes at Wally-World the other night as they still have the lower prices.
May go back after pay day and buy out whatever they have left :runaway:

Went to Wally World this week and grabbed the last 4 boxes of Federals that they had.
A rough guesstimate puts me at around 9000 rounds of .22! Might get me through the winter ;)
