E-mail messages

I see the gunnutz website has been revamped. Question 1, Opening my inbox is easy enough but how do you access sent messages and create new messages? Asking for a friend LOL.

No problem sending new messages, I did a couple last 2 days, but I just noticed all the old sent ones before the change are gone.
What are the label thing I wonder?
